{ Photography } How is the new year treating you?
So far New Years is going really well, I got a new purse that just happened to almost exactly match a pair of shoes I already had — score!
Next a trip to the dollar store yield some “Weck-like” jars to help with some pantry organization. Before I went out I had just been admiring this kitchen and what luck to find similar jars for only $1 a piece. I went out today and bought up the remaining 10 they had on the shelf.

Lastly, I had to spots to fill on our mantle since I removed the Christmas decor and I wanted something to fill a pair of these pots by Terrain. ( I bought them after I wrote about my birch obsession a few posts back.) Low and behold I had a buy and orchid get one free coupon from Home Depot in my junk mail from signing up for their gardening newsletter. So, I got two of these for 21.00 for the pair. The planters they came in are really rather pretty as well, though I wish they didn’t peak out of the top of the Terrain ones, but oh well. I highly recommend signing up for Home Depots gardening club. They do multiple buy one get ones throughout the year. I bought two beautiful rose bushes in the summer, and it was BOGO mums this fall.
That kitchen is so lovely-organized. It looks great.
